Andrea Anders

Anders is from Madison, Wisconsin. She was born and raised in DeForest and is now residing in Los Angeles. In 1993, she graduated from DeForest Area High School in DeForest Wisconsin. Then in 1997 she earned her bachelor of Arts from The University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. In 2001 she received her master's in fine arts from Rutgers University. From 2006 to the year 2015, Anders and her former Joey co-star Matt LeBlanc, who met on set of the canceled sitcom dated. Sean Anders, director of Sex Drive and Never Been Thawed (anders.com) is her brother. Anders began her career in the theater in 2001. She was an understudy for Mary Louise Parker in the Broadway production of Proof and later, she played in the role of Elaine Robinson in The Graduate. Additionally, she was on stage in On the Jump on the Arena Stage and New Doors at the Guthrie Theater. The actress was also seen in Two New York Stage & Film productions: Cold/Tender, and New World Rhapsody. Anders first made an appearance in Fat Pig on the Geffen Playhouse stage. Fat Pig shut down on July 1st, 2007 with her playing the role of accountant Jeannie. Anders debut TV appearance came in an Dannon commercial that ran in the middle of the 1990s. In the following years, she was on television about 2006. Anders was a character of Joey, as Alex Garrett the lawyer and The Class (nee Campbell) as Nicole Allen - an ex footballer's wife. She was on each episode of both shows, however neither of them was renewed. Anders has also been seen in guest roles on One Life to Live and Law & Order. She was a character on The Guiding Light. The actress appeared in five seasons of the HBO drama show Oz in 2003, playing Donna Degenhart. In 2004 she was a character in Heather on The Stepford Wives. And in 2008, Brandy made a small appearance in Sex Drive as Brandy on Sex Drive. Anders has also been seen on Numb3rs in the year 2008. Anders was also a part of two unsuccessful TV pilots. Spellbound, News To Me. Anders was on Better Off Ted for ABC, which is a comedy-drama that has just one camera. The script was written by Victor Fresco.
