Lis Wiehl (born September 19, 1959) is a famous American writer and Former legal analyst for Fox News.
She is an adjunct law professor in New York Law School and was previously Associate Professor at University of Washington Law School. The analyst was a lawyer for the National Public Radio's radio program along with The Radio Factor hosted by Bill O'Reilly. She was a regular guest on The O'Reilly Factor, Your World with Neil Cavuto, The Kelly File with Megyn Kelly Lou Dobbs Tonight The Imus morning show and is the host of The Legal Lis radio show. Legal Lis radio show and the Wiehl of Justice podcast.
Wiehl is a native of Yakima, Washington, and was a graduate of West Valley High School in Yakima. She earned her bachelor's from Barnard College, followed by a master's degree in literature from the University of Queensland, in 1985.
Wiehl was an attorney at the US Attorney's Office. She worked as a NPR legal reporter. She was "the the deputy chief of investigative counsel for Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee during Clinton's impeachment." From 1995 to 2001, she was an adjunct professor of law of the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle, where she ran the Trial Advocacy Program. She was an analyst at Fox News from 2001 until 2017.
